Mr. Martin Dunlop, Principal

Martin Dunlop, Principal

My name is Martin Dunlop, and I’m extremely excited to join the Rock Lake family as the new Principal. I have been in education and working for Seminole County Public Schools for 14 years. I previously worked at Sanford and Jackson Heights Middle Schools. As the parent of two boys ages 3 and 1, I recognize the importance of a safe learning environment with a strong academic focus as we prepare our students for their futures.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Sciences, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership.

I believe that great schools are the results of great teachers, involved families, and strong community relations, which is an ongoing tradition at Rock Lake. I look forward to getting to know the staff, students, families and friends that make Rock Lake an amazing place.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your families in this role! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas you would like to share.

Martin Dunlop Ed.S.
